Function Room Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the Function Rooms of The Bloom Coffee & Start-Up Space Corporation ("The Bloom"). By confirming a reservation and using our facilities, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Reservation

Reservations are confirmed once the Customer receives an official confirmation from The Bloom. No down payment is required to reserve a function room. Reservations are held exclusively for the confirmed schedule and are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Cancellation or Changes to Reservation

Since no reservation fee or down payment is required, we kindly ask Customers to be considerate by informing us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule their reservation. Early notice allows us to accommodate other guests who may be waiting for the function room. Cancellation or rescheduling requests may be made through our official Facebook page, mobile number, email, or by visiting the store. The Bloom reserves the right to cancel reservations that are not honored without prior notice or communication.

3. Reservation Time and Extensions

Customers are responsible for reserving enough time to accommodate their entire event, including setup, the event itself, and cleanup. If additional time is needed during the event, the Customer must inform our staff before the reserved time expires. Extensions are subject to the availability of the function room. If another reservation is scheduled immediately after your booking, we may not be able to accommodate any extension. To avoid inconvenience, we strongly recommend reserving the total number of hours you anticipate needing during the initial booking. Approved extensions shall be charged at ₱500.00 per hour.

4. Damage and Liability

The Customer shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the function room, furniture, fixtures, equipment, or property caused by the Customer or any of their guests during the reservation. The following replacement charges shall apply when applicable:

Television – ₱40,000.00
Glass Window – ₱100,000.00
Chair – ₱5,000.00 per piece

For damages not listed above, the Customer shall be charged the actual repair or replacement cost.

5. Function Room Setup

The Bloom provides the function room in its standard arrangement. Customers who wish to decorate or rearrange the room may do so, provided that:

No permanent alterations are made.
No nails, screws, adhesives, or materials that may damage walls, furniture, or fixtures are used.
The room is restored to its original condition after use.

Any damages resulting from decorations or setup shall be charged accordingly.

6. Outside Food and Beverages

Customers may bring outside food and beverages subject to the following conditions:

Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.
Pork products are not allowed inside the premises.
Corkage fees shall apply to outside food and beverages.

Food Corkage Fees:

Small Tray – ₱300.00
Medium Tray – ₱600.00
Large Tray – ₱900.00
Extra Large Tray – ₱1,200.00

Beverage Corkage Fee:

₱1.00 per milliliter (mL)

Failure to comply with these policies may result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund of any payments already made for consumables or services. The Bloom reserves the right to refuse service or terminate an event when these policies are violated.

7. Noise and Conduct

Customers are expected to conduct their event in a respectful manner. Noise levels should not disrupt other customers or neighboring establishments. The Bloom reserves the right to request that excessive noise be reduced. Continued violations may result in the immediate termination of the event.

8. Cleanliness

Customers are expected to leave the function room in a reasonably clean condition after use. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if excessive cleaning is required due to negligence or misuse.

9. Consumable Arrangement

Function room reservations are based on a consumable arrangement. If the total food and beverage orders during the reservation do not reach the required consumable amount, the remaining balance shall not be refundable, transferable, or convertible into cash. Any orders exceeding the consumable amount shall be billed accordingly.

10. Right to Refuse Service

The Bloom Coffee & Start-Up Space Corporation reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, or terminate any reservation for violations of these Terms and Conditions, unlawful activities, misconduct, or any behavior that compromises the safety, comfort, or operations of the establishment.

Customer Acknowledgement

By confirming this reservation, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
